Job summary

Saab UK is seeking a Radar Instructor based in the UK to deliver operator and maintainer courses across sensor systems. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing training at Fareham and customer sites globally, with UK and international travel as required.

The ideal candidate has radar or related electronic systems experience and proven teaching skills. A UK driving licence, military exposure and NEC/HNC level education are desirable, with the ability to obtain National Security

Qualifications

• Experience with radar/sophisticated electronic systems.
• Teaching or instructional experience is essential.
• Willing and able to travel within the UK and globally; security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver operator and maintainer courses on sensor systems.
• Administer and report training events; maintain training materials.
• Operate, fault-find and support customer sensor systems during training.
• Gather feedback and contribute to sensor technical publications.
