Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking a UK-based Radar Instructor to join the Sensor Systems UK Integrated Logistic Support Training team. The role will deliver operator and maintenance training across sensor systems at sites in Fareham, UK, Gothenburg, and customer locations worldwide.

You will develop educational materials, compile technical publications, and support demonstrations and trials while ensuring training meets customer needs and Saab's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with radar, communications or electronic systems.
• Teaching or instructional experience.
• Military or defence industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver operator and maintainer courses on sensor systems.
• Administration and reporting of training events.
• Operate and fault-find on customer sensor systems.
• Solicit, compile, analyse and react to student feedback.
• Provide feedback and input into sensor technical publications.
• Support demonstrations, trials and market growth activities.
