Location: HMP Deerbolt, Barnard Castle, DL12 9BG
Salary: £24,242 - £30,790 per annum

We are seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support delivery within Reconnected to Health at HMYOI Deerbolt. You will provide one-to-one support, from brief interventions to structured treatment, including group work, tailored to individual recovery journeys. A holistic approach will be essential to encompass all aspects of wellbeing, aiming for optimal outcomes.
