Job summary

Ocular Integration is seeking a Sales & Quotations Executive to streamline customer requests, develop quotations, and coordinate with the Technical Design team. The role will manage smaller accounts through a structured call cycle while aligning sales resources to value and opportunity potential.

Responsibilities include end-to-end quotation ownership for small accounts, proactive account reviews, and governance of quotation activity through CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal sales, sales support, or quotations role.
• Experience managing a structured customer call/contact cycle.
• Comfortable coordinating with technical teams to translate customer requirements into accurate quotations.

Responsibilities

• Quotations & Technical Coordination: act as the primary contact for quotation requests, prepare, issue and track quotations, coordinate with Technical Design on content and specs, qualify requests and own end-to-end process for smaller accounts.
• Structured Account Management (Smaller Customers): manage a defined base of smaller customer accounts, conduct proactive reviews and calls, follow up on quotations to drive conversion, identify opportunities and cross-sell.
• Governance & Reporting: provide visibility of quotation pipeline and activity in CRM, flag multi-site opportunities, report KPIs regularly.
