Job summary

Select Appointments is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work with the Director, customers, suppliers and internal teams to move opportunities from enquiry through quotation and handover.

Manage costings, follow up leads and coordinate the Design Team’s workload while supporting project delivery. The role suits someone with sales process experience, CRM proficiency and Excel skills, who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales processes and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Excel and costings/quotations.
• Able to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Take opportunities from enquiry to quotation and order handover.
• Manage costings and quotations, follow up sales leads.
• Coordinate Design Team workload and support project delivery.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
