Job summary

Ocular is seeking a Sales Support Executive to manage customer quotations and support a smooth sales process. The role acts as the central contact for quotation enquiries, coordinating with the Technical Design team and ensuring accurate CRM records.

You will also assist a defined base of smaller accounts, follow up on quotes, and identify opportunities for additional Ocular solutions and services. The position is based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, with UK-wide support in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales or quotations role
• Experience in a technical, project-based or B2B environment preferred
• Confident with customer calls, written communication and quotation follow-up
• Strong organisational skills for high volume quotations and accounts
• Commercial awareness to qualify and prioritise opportunities
• Able to coordinate with technical teams to translate requirements into quotations
• Accurate CRM and system discipline with attention to detail
• Collaborative approach with technical design and senior sales colleagues

Responsibilities

• Manage customer quotations and respond quickly and professionally
• Prepare, issue and follow up quotes with technical team input
• Qualify and prioritise incoming requests for design handover
• Maintain CRM records and account data
• Support a defined base of smaller customer accounts with regular contact
• Identify opportunities for additional Ocular solutions and services
• Report on quotation pipeline and KPIs
