Job summary

A global leader in outsourcing services is seeking an immediately available Query Management Coordinator for a 6-9 month contract. The role involves handling transactional queries, providing operational support, and liaising with internal and offshore teams to ensure timely resolutions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in query management or customer service.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Our client, a Global leader in providing Outsourcing services, are looking for an immediately available Query Management Coordinator to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. The role will involve handling transactional queries and providing operational support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, log, and manage incoming queries through Salesforce and Certinia platforms.
  • Categorise and prioritise queries based on urgency, business impact, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with internal departments and offshore teams (particularly in India) to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of queries, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document query resolutions and contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
  • Supporting team with Month end process as necessary
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a query management, customer service, or operations support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
