Housing Management Coordinator Cheltenham and Gloucester
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,838 to £26,645 per annum

Home, a place where you belong. This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

As our Housing and Property Guru, you’ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained.

Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to secure, long-term accommodation.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Ensuring properties are safe and well-maintained, engaging with customers about their tenancies.
• Assisting customers with housing benefit claims and ensuring these are processed correctly.
• Issuing warning letters and notices, and attending court if necessary.
• Preparing rooms for new customers and managing occupancy rates.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance and maintenance standards.

You will need:

• Experience managing a housing caseload and overseeing landlord duties.
• Knowledge of re-letting, rent collection, and tenancy actions.
• Leadership skills to guide and support colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and positively influence others.
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative approach.
