Kier Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Severn Trent Framework team, based in Solihull with travel across the Midlands. This role supports the Commercial team in delivering projects with cost efficiency and value creation.

You will control costs, procure subcontractors, forecast costs to complete, prepare reports and handle contractor valuations and payments, with final accounts and monthly applications to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying with sound commercial and business knowledge.
• Experience with NEC contracts and cost control on civil projects.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Controlling costs, maximizing value and maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Procurement of subcontractors ensuring best value for Kier and clients.
• Forecasting and preparation of cost to complete documentation.
• Preparation of reports, cost analysis, and assessment of valuations and payments.
• Final account compilation and submission of monthly applications to clients.
