Responsibilities

• Dealing with measurements and valuations and agreeing work.
• Preparing tender submissions for subcontract works packages.
• Overseeing projects commercially from bid through to final accounts.
• Maximise commercial efficiency on the project(s) worked on.
• Ensure strong relationships with the supply chain are maintained.
• Negotiate contracts and packages.
• Collating monthly contract reports.
• Supporting junior Quantity Surveyors.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Industry

MEICA, M&A or Civil Engineering

A leading Tier-1 MEICA/Civils contractor delivering specialist projects in the water industry is looking for a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in the delivery of their Anglian Water framework.

Duties for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
