You will engage with clients, stakeholders and contractors, driving value for money and robust commercial control.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) with RICS membership preferred.
• Experience in large capital programmes and NEC-style contracts.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Good data analysis and attention to detail.
• Able to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of your projects.
• Collect data, analyse and define the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
• Produce analysis and benchmarking reports that promote value for money and identify trends and cost drivers.
• Champion innovation and liaise with cross-function teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
• Support/lead tool development that integrates data, dashboards and outputs to represent unit cost analyses.
• Administer a variety of contracts to ensure commercial control and compliance.
• Manage contract change collaboratively and effectively as appropriate for the project needs.
