Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within infrastructure or related built-environment sectors.
• Understanding of commercial delivery, contract administration, cost management, change control and risk management.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts; accreditation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects, managing cost, change, risk, value and contractual performance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Support procurement, forecasting, reporting and commercial governance activities, and coach team members.
