Job summary

BWSR LIMITED is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our civils team. The role focuses on cost control, valuations, and contractor payments, working with site teams, clients and subcontractors to keep projects profitable.

You will support tendering, monitor budgets and assist with contract administration. The position is office-based with site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks or civils.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and commercial principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QS software packages.

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within the civils sector. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
