Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to oversee civil engineering commercial activities on sites nationwide, starting in the Trowbridge area with travel across the UK.

You will manage cost control, forecasting and contract administration while collaborating with site teams and senior management to drive commercial success on a growing civils project pipeline.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering projects
• Strong background within civil engineering
• Experience across any civils sector will be considered
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Comfortable taking ownership and working with senior management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Location: Trowbridge area to start with, some travel around sites nationwide will be required

Day Rate: (Apply online only) per day depending on experience (CIS or limited company)
