• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (groundworks/civils experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial principles.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
