Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on civil engineering projects across the UK. The role is site-based with travel to various sites; hotels are paid for while on travel, and the post offers long-term freelance engagement.

The successful candidate will manage commercial activities, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration, while collaborating closely with site teams and senior management to drive commercial success.

Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Location: Based head office in Lincoln 2 days per week, travel around sites nationwide 3 days per week (hotels etc paid)

Day Rate: (Apply online only) per day depending on experience (CIS or limited company)
