Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £65,000 Plus Package
Location: West End
Region: London

A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a Main Contractor in the West End

The project is working on a high end £15m super prime residential scheme.

This Main Contractor specialises in new build, refurbishment, restoration and fit-out working on high end residential with projects valued up to £20m

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that the SHEQ standards by the clients policies are understood and followed at all times.
• Understand their ways of working making sure that the processes are used in your daily duties.
• Acting in a professional manner in everything you do as you will be representing the company and keeping their high reputation.
