Job summary

Lonsite Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Oxford team. The role focuses on managing project costs, budgets and forecasts for a main contractor-led project.

You will handle valuations, variations and final accounts, manage subcontractor accounts and payments, and support procurement and tendering, while monitoring commercial performance and risks. Close collaboration with project managers and site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
• Main contractor experience is essential.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
