Job summary

Ashbrittle is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a well-established main contractor based in Hertfordshire. You will manage the commercial aspects of projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with operational teams.

The role requires proven QS experience with a UK main contractor, strong procurement knowledge and excellent communication. A full UK driving licence is preferred. This is a long-term, site-based opportunity offering stability and varied projects.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• RICS qualification desirable but not essential.

The Role

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• RICS qualification desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred
