Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s Special Works Division in Oxfordshire. You will manage project costs from inception to final account across a mix of heritage refurbishment and new build projects, up to £4m in value, working with project managers, site teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.

We are working alongside a long standing client who are a market-leading main contractor based in Oxfordshire and are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Special Works Division, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects valued up to £4m. The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, across a varied mix of works including:

• Heritage refurbishment projects across universities and colleges
• New build projects
• Minor works and specialist refurbishment schemes
• Projects ranging up to £4m in value

You will play a key role in ensuring commercial success, working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
