Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group, based in Stafford, is seeking a Quality & Test Certification Administrator to join our Test Certificate / Quality Department. You will handle administrative tasks related to test certification, stock control, documentation and quality systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems is desirable.
• Good organisation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Book goods into the stock control system.
• Record goods on the test certification system.
• Allocate and confirm picked goods within stock systems.
• Produce outgoing test certificates.
• Support stock balancing activities and stock checks.
• Prepare and submit project documentation.
• Prepare documentation for third-party inspections.
• Maintain equipment calibration records.
• Log and assist with customer complaints resolution.
• Maintain documentation and records for quality procedures.
