Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group in Tamworth is seeking a Quality & Test Certification Administrator to join its Test Certificate / Quality Department. The role suits a highly organised individual who pays close attention to detail and thrives in a structured environment.

The successful candidate will handle data entry, stock control, documentation, and the preparation of outgoing certificates, while supporting third-party inspections and quality records.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems is desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Booking goods into the stock control computer system.
• Recording goods on the test certification system.
• Allocating and confirming picked goods within the stock system.
• Producing outgoing test certificates.
• Supporting stock balancing activities, including stock input forms and periodic stock checks.
• Preparing and submitting project documentation.
• Preparing documentation for third-party inspections.
• Maintaining equipment calibration records.
• Logging, investigating, and assisting with the resolution of customer complaints.
• Supporting the Quality Department in maintaining documentation and records in line with company procedures.
