Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is seeking a QMS Coordinator for a client near Great Dunmow, Essex. The role focuses on maintaining QMS 17025 document control, coordinating certificate reviews, and supporting internal audits and non-conformity management.

The position requires a quality management or STEM qualification, with peripheral duties in sales support, business development, and finance reporting. Own transport is advised due to rural location.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in quality management or an equivalent experience.
• Experience or qualifications in engineering or other STEM fields are valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support document control of QMS 17025 for Market Access and create compliance reports.
• Coordinate the certificate review process.
• Maintain the internal audit schedule.
• Manage the non-conformity register.
• Update and collate standards and accreditation schedules.
• Consolidate test plans/quotations and send to customers with Sales support.
• Provide sales support for new leads and RFQs as required.
• Support Business Development activities including marketing, trade shows and testimonials.
• Deliver local processes to support Finance and Reporting.

Job description

The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a QMS Coordinator for their client who operate a specialist test facility, based on the outskirts of Great Dunmow, Essex.

Please note that due to the rural location of the site, you would need to have access to your own transport.

Role will involve:

• Maintain and support document control of QMS 17025 for Market Access and creating compliance reports
• Co-ordination of certificate review process
• Maintain internal audit schedule
• Manage non-conformity register
• Updating and collating standards and accreditation schedules
• Consolidating test plans / quotations and send to customers with support to Sales team
• Providing sales support where required for new leads and RFQs
• Support to Business Development activities including marketing, trade shows and testimonials
• Delivery of any local processes to support Finance and Reporting

Essential experience:

• Qualification in quality management or equivalent experience

And/or

• Engineering or other STEM qualification
