Job summary

Matchtech seeks a Quality and Performance Manager for the Sizewell C Infrastructure Framework in Suffolk. You will report to the Chief Engineer and lead quality compliance, inspection, and assurance across civil works, ensuring handover readiness to the nuclear project client.

You will manage Quality Inspectors and Handover/Completion Engineers, drive NCRs, audits, and documentation (LTQR, ECSR, RAMS), and liaise with Project Managers and Client teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: HND or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Own project quality and handover strategies; direct line management of Quality Inspectors and Handover/Completion Engineers.
• Oversee site quality inspections, monitor compliance with project specifications, manage ITP, MAF and product traceability.
• Review and approve core quality deliverables including LTQR, ECSR, Product Approval Records and RAMS.
• Drive NCR identification and resolution; manage quality audits across internal operations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Interface with Project Managers, Sub-Agents, internal quality leads, and Client Surveillance teams; deliver quality briefings and training.
