Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Quality and Performance Manager for the Sizewell C team based in Suffolk. You will own quality compliance and assurance, supervising quality inspectors and handover engineers, and reporting to the Chief Engineer on site.

The role requires Civil construction experience, a construction-related degree or HND, and a CSCS card. You will work within our Technical Delivery Team, ensuring adherence to standards and effective handover to the client while coordinating with

Qualifications

Experience managing quality in construction environments, including civil infrastructure.
HND or degree in Construction or a related subject.
CSCS card holder with strong communication and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee site quality inspection and control activities and own the project quality and handover strategies.
Lead and develop quality inspectors and handover engineers while liaising with project teams and client representatives.
Implement and enforce project procedures, specifications and quality plans per standards.
Manage Inspection Test Plans and review documentation such as Lifetime Quality Records and End of Construction Records.
Deliver quality briefings and training and run audits and surveillance programmes.
