Job summary

Kier is seeking a Quality & Performance Manager for Sizewell C, reporting to the Chief Engineer within the Technical Delivery Team. The role oversees quality compliance, assurance activities, and a successful handover of works to the client on a major nuclear project.

Based in Sizewell, you will manage inspections, ITPs, documentation, and training, coordinating with project teams and client surveillance to ensure conformance to standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical application of quality management activities in construction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document and report findings clearly.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspection and control activities on site.
• Own the project quality and handover strategies.
• Line manage quality inspectors and handover/completion engineers.
• Monitor compliance to quality specifications and procedures.
• Review ITPs and ensure evidence is up to date.
• Support identification and rectification of non-conformances.
