Kier Group is seeking a Quality and Performance Manager for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. You will lead the Technical Delivery Team, owning quality compliance and ensuring successful handover to the client.
You will manage quality inspectors and completion engineers on site, reporting to the Chief Engineer. The role requires a construction-related degree or HND, CSCS, and strong communication to coordinate with project managers, delivery teams and client representatives.

Location: Kier Main Compound, Off A12, Kelsale, Suffolk
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Delivery Team working on Sizewell C, a major 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station under construction on the Suffolk coast. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you'll take ownership of quality compliance and assurance activities, ensuring successful handover of works to the client while managing a team of quality inspectors and completion engineers.
