Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Quality and Performance Manager for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. You will lead the Technical Delivery Team, owning quality compliance and ensuring successful handover to the client.

You will manage quality inspectors and completion engineers on site, reporting to the Chief Engineer. The role requires a construction-related degree or HND, CSCS, and strong communication to coordinate with project managers, delivery teams and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure projects or earthworks.
• HND/Degree or equivalent in Construction or related subject.
• CSCS card required; strong record-keeping and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality inspection and control activities on site and own the project quality and handover strategies.
• Manage quality inspectors and handover engineers while liaison with project managers, delivery teams and client representatives.
• Implement and ensure adherence to project procedures, specifications and quality plans per standards.
• Manage the Inspection Test Plans process and review quality documentation including Lifetime Quality Records and End of Construction Records.
• Deliver quality related briefings and training; monitor compliance through audits and surveillance programmes.
