Job summary

Travel across Scotland, strong leadership, and a track record in adult social care are essential. This senior role offers a £66,000 salary plus car allowance and a clear path to impact across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Home Manager or senior operational leader within adult social care.
• Proven track record of improving care quality, compliance and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements, including the Care Inspectorate in Scotland.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and workforce performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Leadership or management qualifications, or willingness to achieve these.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Lead care homes through change and improvement strategies.
• Support Home Managers, Regional Directors and central support teams.
• Identify priorities and drive improvement plans across quality, compliance, workforce and financial performance.
• Support regulatory compliance and safeguarding of residents.
