Job summary

Teqniq is seeking a Quality Lead and Shared Lives Manager to lead quality assurance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain managerial responsibility for the Shared Lives service.

The role requires 35 hours per week with at least two days in the office, starting 12 October 2026 and ending 04 April 2027, reporting to the Head of Operational Commissioning, and ensuring safe, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality reviews to support continuous improvement and inspection readiness.
• Provide assurance to senior leaders through quality reporting and oversight of improvement activity.
• Monitor progress against quality standards regulatory requirements and priorities.
• Prepare Shared Lives service for inspections audits and external reviews.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement learning and accountability across the service.
• Oversee recruitment assessment approval and ongoing support of Shared Lives carers.
• Collaborate with commissioners social care professionals carers and families to support development and growth of the service.
• Ensure effective governance quality monitoring and sustainable impact across Shared Lives.
