Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead assurance, governance and compliance activities that support safe, effective and high-quality services for our residents.

As part of the Risk & Assurance Management Team, you will deliver quality assurance frameworks, coordinate assurance activity for regulatory compliance, manage audit programmes, oversee self‑assessments, and lead learning from reviews, incidents and investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a regulated environment with responsibility for quality assurance, governance or audit.
• Proven ability to turn data and assurance findings into actionable improvements.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with track record of influencing at all levels.
