Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Quality Lead to drive quality principles across our Operating Unit in the UK. You will oversee documentation, compliance and improvements, working with Directors, Project Managers and SSHEQ teams to keep systems current and fit for purpose.

You will mentor teams, lead audits, and manage corrective actions while aligning with global quality standards. Hybrid/flexible UK-based role with strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001; ensuring effective quality management across the OU.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; commitment to CPD and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of quality principles, processes and practices across the OU.
• Coach and mentor teams, drive continuous improvement projects and present the annual Management Review.
• Manage internal and external audits, maintain accreditation portals, and report to the Quality Director.
