As part of the Risk & Assurance Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering quality assurance frameworks, coordinating assurance activity for regulatory compliance, managing audit programmes, overseeing self-assessments, and leading learning from reviews, incidents and investigations.

This is more than a compliance role. You will be instrumental in helping the organisation make informed, evidence-based decisions by turning quality, assurance and risk information into meaningful insight. Through the analysis of trends, performance information, assurance findings and emerging risks, you will identify opportunities for improvement, provide constructive challenge and support leaders to strengthen services and outcomes for residents.

You will bring:

Experience working in a regulated environment with responsibility for quality assurance, governance, compliance or audit.

Proven management experience within quality assurance, audit, governance, service improvement or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, ideally within housing, social care or a similarly regulated sector.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.

Experience leading audits, investigations, reviews and organisational learning activities.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.

A commitment to fairness, transparency and evidence-based decision making.

A proven ability to drive improvement through assurance findings, insight and learning.

A passion for improving outcomes for residents and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence quality, assurance and regulatory compliance across a large and diverse resident-focused organisation. To meet our commitment to providing safe, high-quality services to our customers we will complete an Enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring service once an offer of employment has been made.
