Job summary

Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an organized Quality & Governance Facilitator to join the Clinical Support Services (CSS) Division in St Helens. In this Band 4 role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the delivery of an effective Clinical Governance Assurance Framework and risk management strategy.

Qualifications

• GCSE standard or higher education
• RSA 3 / NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Proven minute-taking and MS Office skills
• Experience in a healthcare or administrative role
• Demonstrates Trust values: Kind, Open, Inclusive

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder liaison: coordinate with Directorate Managers, clinical leaders and governance colleagues.
• Complaints support: manage and facilitate complaints with deadlines.
• Meeting coordination for Quality & Safety meetings and incident panels.
• Risk & reporting: maintain the Trust’s Risk Register and related documentation.
• Project assistance: support governance and quality improvement projects.
• Team support: provide cross-cover administrative support as needed.
