• Assist in coordinating robust review/investigation of incidents and accidents with the Quality Governance team.
• Support the Integrated risk model including incidents, complaints, and learning to guide division-wide risk reduction.
• Contribute to clinical governance, risk management, information governance, and health, safety within the division.
• Promote a quality improvement culture aligned with the Trust's strategy, policies, and guidelines.
