Job summary

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems in healthcare.
• Clinical governance, regulatory compliance and audit experience.

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive actions.
• Oversee incident and complaint management and translate learnings into improvements.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for quality, safety and governance across SMRC services.
