Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Facilitator (Band 4) to improve clinical governance and patient care. You will support the audit and governance teams, coordinate clinical audits, and analyze data to drive improvements in care quality.

The role requires strong IT and communication skills, with training provided. Travel across locality may be needed; the team offers a supportive environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Good educational background to A level or NVQ4 or NHS experience.
• Ability to collect, analyse and present data clearly.
• Experience in a clinical or information environment is desirable, with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Support Audit and Effectiveness Lead in delivering Clinical Audit Programme.
• Plan and coordinate clinical audit projects to drive improvements in patient care.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and compliance.
• Maintain standard systems underpinning quality governance.
• Communicate findings to clinical and non-clinical staff clearly.
