Unknown M&E Contractor in London seeks an experienced Head of Quality to lead the Quality function across multiple projects. You will develop and maintain a robust QMS and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

The role requires extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, QA/QC, auditing, root cause analysis and a proactive approach to embedding quality in delivery teams and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Senior quality leadership for M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC processes.
• Proven auditing and continuous improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality across multiple projects and business areas.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and implement quality strategies.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and guide project teams.
