Job summary

ME Engineers, based in London, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System across UK offices. You will audit, update, and improve processes, ensuring the QMS is fully operational and that projects meet client expectations.

The role combines line management of QA staff with hands-on control of ISO compliance and continual improvement initiatives. You must have ISO 9001 knowledge and internal auditor training, strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards (14001/27001 desirable).
• Experience in audits, including external/internal and OFIs.
• Strong documentation, control of records and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of the Quality Manager, including audits, updates, system maintenance/improvements to ensure the QMS is fully operational and effective.
• External audit preparation, scheduling and action external audit OFIs.
• Internal audit timetables and implementation.
• Maintain ISO internal auditor status and implement ISO across UK offices.
• Ownership of Practice Quality Manual.
• Review and maintain Company Risk & Opportunities register, Corrective Action, Continual Improvement, Non-Conformity and Customer Satisfaction Log(s).
• Procedure updates and monitoring related to lessons learned and QMS.
• Establish and maintain SharePoint standard document/template 'Library' and roles in procedures.
