Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd. in London seeks a Head of Quality to drive the quality function across a range of M&E projects. You will lead the QMS, embed ISO 9001 standards, and guide QA/QC activities with project teams and external partners.

The role requires a strategic leader with extensive M&E experience and a track record of improving quality outcomes on complex projects. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001.
• Auditing experience across projects and supply chain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality function across multiple projects and business areas.
• Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company quality procedures.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, processes and improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Support project teams with QA/QC guidance throughout delivery.
• Reduce defects, rework and associated costs across projects.
• Develop standardised quality procedures, inspection processes and best practice.
• Build relationships with clients, principal contractors and subcontractors.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
