Brookfield M&E Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead Quality across the business. You will develop and maintain a robust QMS, drive continuous improvement across multiple construction and MEP projects, and work closely with project teams and clients to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a strong M&E background with extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, QA, QC, auditing and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong M&E background with ISO 9001, QA, QC, auditing, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams, senior management, clients, principal contractors and subcontractors to embed quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality function across multiple projects and business areas.
• Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company quality procedures.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, processes and improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Support project teams with QA/QC guidance throughout delivery.
• Reduce defects, rework and associated costs across projects.
• Develop standardised quality procedures, inspection processes and best practice.
• Build strong relationships with clients, principal contractors, subcontractors and audit bodies.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
