Brookfield M&E Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead Quality across the business. You will develop and maintain a robust QMS, drive continuous improvement across multiple construction and MEP projects, and work closely with project teams and clients to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a strong M&E background with extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, QA, QC, auditing and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

Strong M&E background with ISO 9001, QA, QC, auditing, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project delivery teams, senior management, clients, principal contractors and subcontractors to embed quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Quality function across multiple projects and business areas.
Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company quality procedures.
Develop and implement quality strategies, processes and improvement initiatives.
Lead internal and external quality audits.
Support project teams with QA/QC guidance throughout delivery.
Reduce defects, rework and associated costs across projects.
Develop standardised quality procedures, inspection processes and best practice.

M&E Quality Director

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Director to join an established and highly successful M&E Contractor based in London. This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the Quality across the business, developing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and driving continuous improvement across multiple construction and MEP projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background within M&E combined with extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, auditing, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with project delivery teams, senior management, clients, principal contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
