Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet the highest standards in a fast-paced Manchester manufacturing environment.

You will own customer quality concerns, lead root cause analysis, and drive robust corrective actions while liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Strong communication and auditing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality environment or degree in mechanical engineering.
• Able to liaise across supply chain from manufacturers to end customer.
• Experience with measurement tools and clear reporting.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Own customer quality concerns and lead investigations into product/process issues.
• Carry out root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Act as technical point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company during customer visits, audits and performance reviews.
