Hayley Dexis in Manchester is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to uphold product and process quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own customer quality concerns, drive investigations and root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role involves customer-facing activities, audits, and collaboration with suppliers to maintain high standards. 40 hours per week permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Environment preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with quality systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own customer quality concerns and lead investigations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Act as technical contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Represent quality during customer visits, audits and reviews.
