Job summary

Delkia is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Quality & Continuous Improvement team at its Haydock headquarters. You will work with Production, Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain to ensure quality across nuclear, defence and clean energy projects.

The role focuses on auditing, non-conformance management, root cause analysis and driving corrective actions to uphold a strong quality culture in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances.
• Experience driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the QMS to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and close actions.
• Manage non-conformances and lead root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Projects to embed quality requirements.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement using quality tools.
• Provide guidance on quality-related matters across the business.
