Do you have experience in upkeeping the ISO : 9001 accreditation and are now looking for a varied role that will see you working in a team of up to five to ensure company compliance, and offers a Christmas shutdown?

Are you a quality engineer, with one to two years' experience in a precision engineering environment, looking to join a long-established sub-contractor that offers excellent benefits with enhanced holiday pay and overtime availability?

This company was established over six decades ago and in that time has grown to employing over sixty people. The company is a sub-contractor precision engineering firm, primarily supplying into the oil & gas and water markets.

Offering both precision machining and powder coating solutions, some of their clients include Rotork and Sarginsons.

The Role

7 : 30 - 4 Monday - Thursday ; 7 : 30 - 3 Friday

  • Work in a quality team of three others, assisting in the training of junior members.
  • Lead the yearly internal auditing of the company.
  • Regularly audit suppliers, ensuring only the highest quality materials and components are used.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Consistently evaluate the quality management systems of the company, keeping the highest compliance with ISO : 9001.
The Person
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in a quality inspector / engineer role.
