Job description

Quality Engineer required for an leading Global engineering company, designing and manufacturing precision components. This opportunity is based in Huddersfield, meaning the successful Quality Engineer will be able to commute from surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quality documentation and complete final product release approvals.
  • Examine and confirm product certifications for compliance with quality plans and engineering drawings.
  • Work closely with Quality Engineering teams to resolve technical compliance issues and drive process improvements.
  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve a standardised quality documentation framework.
  • Initiate, document, and monitor non-conformance reports through to closure.
  • Provide ongoing support to Quality department activities and continuous improvement programmes.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in managing quality documentation and product certifications in engineering and manufacturing settings.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, material specifications, and applicable quality standards.
  • Capable of handling multiple quality documents and meeting strict deadlines efficiently.
Salary & Benefits
  • £30,000 to £35,000
