Join Our Team as a Quality Coordinator/Manager!

Are you passionate about architecture and quality assurance? We are an innovative firm dedicated to crafting exceptional spaces that positively impact communities and the environment. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Coordinator/Manager to join our vibrant team in London.

What You'll Do:

  1. Coordinate Management system documentation, processes, and requirements, including internal and external audits.
  2. Develop strong communication and engagement with various teams to coordinate, manage, and improve Management systems.
  3. Maintain system documentation to required standards, tracking and updating documents as needed.
  4. Monitor legislative requirements via online library access (provided).
  5. Manage the company document schedule for Management Systems, ensuring policies are reviewed and updated.
  6. Handle non-conformities, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and develop Corrective Actions.
  7. Conduct internal audits and manage external audits by ISO certifying bodies.
  8. Participate in weekly Management System meetings as required.
  9. Ensure Management System folders are up-to-date, with evidence logged, recorded, and organized.
  10. Complete any necessary training for the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities Required:

  1. Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility.
  2. Familiarity with ISO standards and clauses.
  3. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with senior management, project teams, and certifying bodies.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Experience with document management systems is beneficial.
