Role Overview

Arrow's Global Components is seeking a Quality Manager for the EMEA Aerospace & Defense sector. In this role, you will support and maintain the Quality Management System in line with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Quality Assurance System data
• Manage 8D responses: liaise with customers on quality issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Complete First Article Inspection Reports
• Conduct fault trend analysis
• Create quality metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with sales teams and distribution center personnel
• Support new business activities with the sales team
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements, standards, and regulations
• Monitor QMS effectiveness and suggest enhancements
• Prepare for and facilitate customer audits, document findings, and oversee corrective actions
• Analyze processes for improvement opportunities
• Work professionally with customers and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory expectations
• Generate reports on KPIs and quality metrics

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within Aerospace & Defense
• Knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and quality management principles
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations
• Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams
