Job Description:

A global architecture practice is looking for a detail-driven Quality Coordinator/Manager to lead and maintain the integrity of their management systems against ISO Standards requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Lead route cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Collaborate with teams across the business to embed best practices.

Keep management systems up to date and aligned with legislative changes.

Engage directly with certifying bodies and clients where required.

What They’re Looking For:

? Prior experience working in a similar quality coordinator role ideally within the built environment

? In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential.

? Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

?️ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems
